Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the request type to choose the correct Clear Creek County channel:
- A hearing docket: run a case lookup in the Colorado calendar, then request the Register of Actions from the clerk if the full history is needed
- A date or setting: check the current court dates, then confirm the appearance method with the clerk
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: search by party name or Colorado year, class, and sequence number
- Case documents: review the court record request routes, then contact the clerk that holds the file

Published building hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; the clerk closes from noon to 1 p.m. daily and from 4 to 5 p.m. on the first Tuesday and third Thursday.
